Who we are

Swift Roof Crew is run by Timothy Parks, working out of 3080 TN-118 in Dresden. We cover Weakley County and the surrounding West Tennessee towns — Martin, Greenfield, Gleason and Sharon among them.

The work is ordinary construction: roofs replaced and repaired, bathrooms and kitchens remodelled, garages and pole barns built, additions framed and finished. If it is on the list below, we do it ourselves rather than brokering it out.

What happens when you call

Someone comes out and looks at the actual building. We photograph what we find, including the parts you cannot see from the ground, and we write down the condition as it is rather than as it would be convenient for us.

You get that written up with the photographs attached, along with a price for the work. What you do with it is yours to decide. There is no obligation attached to an inspection, and we do not ask for money before you have a contract you have read.

Where our job starts and stops

We are contractors. Our work is to inspect the building, record its condition with dated photographs, and price the repair. That report belongs to you.

If the job is being paid for through a policy, you send the paperwork in yourself and you deal directly with the company you pay premiums to. That keeps you in control of your own paperwork, and it keeps us squarely on the building side of the work, which is where a Tennessee contractor belongs.
